All potential graduates are required to pay a $40 fee to cover use of the Barrie Molson Centre, rental of the gown for the evening, the cap which can be kept as a souvenir and a 5x7 photo. Payment can be made online anytime or by cash or cheque between June 4 and 8 in the guidance office. Graduates will receive up to 4 tickets when they pay the fee. This payment is considered as an RSVP to Commencement. They will also fill out their reader card when they are in the guidance office. Students will be able to request additional tickets at this time which, if available, will be given out to students the week of June 18th. Tickets will only be given to the student graduating, not friends or family. Students are asked to ensure that they have completed their 40 hours of community service and that they do not have any outstanding textbooks before going to the guidance office to pay the fee and pick up their tickets. If a student becomes ineligible to graduate, their fee will be refunded as long as their tickets are returned. On June 28, graduates are asked to arrive at the Barrie Molson Centre at 5pm and enter through the South Entrance. Guests are asked to enter through the West Entrance. Seating is not assigned.
