Club FairAttention all Invaders! Want to join a club, sport, or activity but don't know which ones are available? Well, then you should definitely head on down to the Club fair on Wednesday, September 12 during periods 3 and 4 in the great hall! Everyone will be there, from Student Council, DECA, Eco club, and athletics society, you'll definitely not want to miss this one. Come on down and become involved!
DECABusiness, travel, friends, and an experience of a lifetime with the worlds finest students. Sound familiar? Probably not because you aren't a part of DECA! DECA is one of the worlds largest youth business organizations, where students compete in various categories. Whether you like fashion, cars, computers, or food, there's always a way for you to enjoy what DECA is all about. Not to mention the amazing travel across the U.S. where everyone has fun. Sound interesting, well then come to the library on September 13 after school for some snacks and fun while getting involved. See you later Invaders!
ECO ClubDo you enjoy getting involved in actions that help the environment?  Do you want to see Innisdale become a more ecologically sustainable school?  Maybe you have some ideas that can help us reduce our environmental impacts. If this sounds like you then please join the Eco-Club this Friday for a brief meeting at the start of your lunch in room 232.
GolfAll  School golfers both boys and girls are reminded of their practice today at Vespra Hills. The teetime for the golf team is 330. Please be at the course by 310. If you cannot make it please see Mr. Preston as soon as possible.
MusicCalling all music enthusiasts interested in junior concert band and choir! Choir is open to all students in grades 9-12 and Junior Concert Band is open to students in grades 9 and 10 or grade 11s and 12s who have up to 1 year of experience on an instrument. Our first meeting will be today after school in room 130. If you have questions before then, please visit the music table at the club fair today during periods 3 and 4, or see Ms. Parnell in room 128. It's going to be a great year of music making!
Outbound ClubDo you enjoy outdoor activities such as camping, hiking or canoeing?  Would you enjoy exploring some of our nearby National and Provincial Parks?  If so, then the Innisdale Outbound Club may be for you.  Our first meeting is this Thursday after school in room 232.
